How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Sunny Cat is working hard on fulfilling every order asap! Depending on the type of product you’ve purchased and your delivery address:

• Stickers and postcards (Locally in US): 3-5 business days

• Stickers and postcards (International): 5-10 business days

• Prints (Locally in US): 4-8 business days

• Prints (International): 7-10 business days

Can I refund/change my order?

You can refund/change your order anytime before it is shipped (typically 1-2 business days after purchase). Please email us at sunnysidebysun@gmail.com or text us with your order number!

Can I return my order?

You can return any unused products. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

What material are the stickers?

All stickers are printed on high-quality matte vinyl photo paper and laminated with a matte finishing. This ensures the stickers are waterproof and scratch-proof!

What paper are the prints printed on?

All small letter-sized prints are printed on archival quality matte fine art paper to ensure colour accuracy. Large prints (19.75 x 27.5) are printed on matte photo paper.

How will my orders be shipped?

Stickers: Shipped in a 5”x7” pastel pink envelope by USPS Mail

Postcards: Shipped in a 9”x12” USPS flat rate envelope

Prints: Shipped in a 9”x12” USPS flat rate envelope
